The Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) 2017 International conference in Sydney was successfully hosted by the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) on 12-14 December 2017. The Conference Chair was Professor Norma Harrison, with Dr Viken Kortian and Julie Cox as Program Proceedings Coordinators.
The theme of this Conference, “Navigating the Future: Innovative Technologies and Methodologies in Operations Management”, brought together the academic and industry community to share the emerging issues, research, and trends in operations and supply chain management.
POMS is a wonderful example of the blend of theory, applications and practice. The POM Journal is among Business Week's 20 Premier Journals and among FT Research's 45 Premier Journals.
